The Approach

Telstra’s partners play a critical role in delivering customer experience - but the relationship felt transactional.

Partner churn was high, and the emotional connection was low.

The idea was simple - Partners are the unsung heroes of the Telstra offering - let’s make them feel known.

Working with senior leaders, we built Stronger Together - an internal storytelling platform that repositioned partners as heroes of the Telstra ecosystem.

The campaign lived everywhere partners showed up in executive speech, event presentations, intranet and internal newsletters, partner-facing communications and case study videos celebrating shared wins.

The messaging focused on shared purpose, mutual success, and the real humans behind the partnerships.


Telstra saw a 50% reduction in partner churn over the year-long campaign.
