Cashrewards was rebranding — but a new logo alone doesn’t change how a brand feels.

They needed a tone of voice that reflected optimism, value and everyday wins, while staying consistent across a fast-growing business.

We helped codify the new brand voice by developing a Tone of Voice guide, creating a strategic message matrix for internal alignment, rewriting key website pages in the new style and optimising content for SEO without losing personality.

The goal: clarity, consistency and a little bit of joy.


Increased the site traffic to 350K+ monthly via content strategy and SEO-optimised copy.
