The Approach

Recovre (a division of Marsh Australia & New Zealand) needed a new recruitment approach in order to attract and retain high-quality candidates. Tortoise & Hare CX collaborated with Marsh to develop a recruitment campaign that not only captured Recovre's passion for people and rehabilitation but also drove real cut-through in a crowded space.

We developed a story-first recruitment campaign, built around premium interview content with real people across the organisation — from rehab specialists on the ground to senior leadership. Rather than selling roles, we told human stories. The content rolled out across LinkedIn and email, creating a cohesive narrative that showed (not told) what working at Recovre is really like.


Our story-first approach paid off.

Over the campaign period, Recovre saw a 251% increase in job applications and a 67% increase in LinkedIn engagement when compared to previous months.
